In order to comply with intellectual property right laws, regulations and practices Hotan Corp, and the manufacturing facilities operated by Hotan’s parent company, CMC Magnetics Corp, requires that a Copyright Letter of Authorization should be prepared on letterhead ,and signed by an authorized officer. While a fax copy is acceptable at time order is submitted, Original must be supplied to Hotan at time master materials are submitted to Hotan and/or CMC. Different versions are listed below. Please use the one that most closely applies or use as a model for preparing a letter which best describes the intellectual property interests your company or your customer have in the titles to be replicated. If you are using licensed subroutines, sub-programs or content that belongs to a third party, evidence that you have obtained necessary license should be available.
