This media is capable of handling large databases, digital photography, audio and video storage and other applications where large disk capacity and instant access to any point in the media are required. Drives supporting these standards are designed to read DVD-ROM, DVD Video 5, 9 10 and newer, Audio CD, CD-ROM, Video CD, CD-R and CD-RW discs.
